Sexual assault client services and hotline / intake coordinator. Responsible for providing a trauma informed approach when working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking within the East and South Asian communities. Overseeing the 24/7 crisis hotline and responsible for the recruitment, training and onboarding for hotline operators and volunteers. Being able to work in a stressful environment when dealing with difficult situations, while remaining professional and transparent at all times. Working with children who have been victims of sexual abuse and trafficking, by providing safety planning and other immediate and intervention measures. Having an unbiased approach and understanding the cultural barriers and dynamics for survivors of marginalized communities.
