With over fourteen years of experience in the education sector, I am a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Regent Training Centre NZ, where I ensure the compliance and quality of the courses and services offered by the organisation. I conduct internal audits, review and update quality assurance documentation, and provide feedback and support to the tutors and instructors. Before joining Regent Training Centre NZ, I was an Education Tutor at the same organisation, where I delivered and assessed various courses in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills to learners from diverse backgrounds and needs. I also have experience as an Education Instructor at the Department of Corrections NZ, where I facilitated learning programmes for offenders and helped them achieve their educational goals. I have skills in internal audits, quality assurance documentation, and teamwork, which I use to contribute to the mission and vision of Regent Training Centre NZ. I am passionate about providing quality education and training to all learners, and I aim to continuously improve my knowledge and skills in the field.
