On my own merit, the company transferred & relocated me to the UK where I moved into the Purchasing & Procurement Team for seven plus years working on both indirect & direct services such as IT, Recruitment, HR Benefits, Travel, FM, indirect corporate services and Medical to name but a few.With a genuine interest in Technology, I was looking for a new direction to move back into IT category where I moved to Marsh McLennan, a FTSE 250 Global Insurance company, as a Lead IT Procurement Analyst in the IT Order Management Team. I then moved internally to the Technology Business Management Support Team, which was an opportunity to build on my IT knowledge & experience, and to study ITiL Foundation qualification whilst working in the role.I moved from MMC, to work at a leading London Fin Tech G Research as a Senior Procurement Manager. I was a Team Lead and specialist category manager role looking after Travel, Events, Marketing, REFM & other indirect related spend. I was the procurement lead & SME for the global ERP system and Concur Travel system, providing training & support to the approvers & users using eprocurement & online travel booking tool.
