PSS offers a variety of B2B Administrative and Support Services, also commonly referred to as Outsourced Business Services. These services range from transcription/data capture, printing, mailing, invoice/statement rendering, lockbox processing, and other miscellaneous fulfillment and warehousing/distribution and logistics services. Our S.A.V.E. slogan (Solutions Adding Value and Efficiency) signifies our expertise in providing cost effective and practical solutions to your specific business needs. I acquired PSS in December 2011, however, I have worked for the company since it's inception in 1989. I have had the privilege of growing, learning and evolving with the company as it has matured. Prior to acquiring PSS I served primarily on the Operations Management side of the business but also was fortunate enough to have worked along side one of the co-founders of PSS, Dave Bender, who had primary oversight of the sales and business development side of the house so I have extensive exposure to and knowledge in this aspect of our business as well. I am a member of the Quad City Chamber of Commerce (QCCC), United States Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC), WBENC, NAWP and the Women's Connection.My hobbies and interests include family, refurbishing homes, biking, running and outdoor activities. I am drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations that focus on supporting the health and well-fare of families and children.
