Lisa Baderoon has spent over 25 years working within the City of London and has been involved with a diverse portfolio of clients from a variety of sectors but with a leaning towards emerging, high growth businesses (healthcare|biotech & software|technology) advising both private and public companies on their media and investor relations strategies. During this time she has been involved in a multitude of client transactions spanning private fund raisings, Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) and mergers and acquisitions both in the UK and internationally. With skills being honed over many years, working with a diverse range of Boards and understanding the challenges involved in being a successful NED, Lisa is now at a time in her career to actively consider NED or Trustee positions.Since founding Just B Communications Limited in 2012, Lisa has been advising a number of public and private companies on their communications strategy as well as being involved in a number of high profile capital raisings. Lisa's diverse client base includes a number of private companies to publicly listed companies, including ImmuPharma PLC, where she is head of Investor Relations but also recently appointed as a Non Executive Director. Within the technology space Lisa has worked with SmartSpace Software since 2018 where she heads up their Investor Relations side. Former clients include the highly successful AIM listed dotdigital Group plc, where she advised on media and investor relations for over 5 years between 2012 to 2017.Formerly (1991-2011) Lisa was a Partner at Buchanan Communications, one of the leading City financial public relations agencies, where she was instrumental in establishing its successful healthcare franchise. Her client responsibilities included developing impactful IR strategies in addition to excellence in message development and managing relationships with media, the investment community and sell side analysts in Europe. She also has significant issue and crisis management experience from both an investor and media perspective.

ImmuPharma and Avion Pharmaceuticals signed on 28 November 2019, an exclusive licence and development agreement and trademark agreement for Lupuzor™, to fund a new international Phase 3 trial for Lupuzor™ and commercialise in the US. Further opportunities to enter into additional partnerships outside of the US for Lupuzor™ continue.
