My particular interest as a counsellor and therapist is in supporting clients to engage more deeply with their authentic self in their healing journey and to recognise and welcome all parts of themselves.My primary modality now is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. My counselling background began with telephone counselling and facilitating personal development groups with Youthline in NZ to graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy in Sydney in 2011. This was followed by ongoing professional development and most recently Level 1 & 2 trainings with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute.I have had had the privilege of working with a diverse demographic of people. In my practice, I provide support for relationship difficulties, compulsive or unwanted behaviours, stress, anger, anxiety and to help address and explore any challenges, concerns, or difficulties people encounter as part of their life journey.
