  Provided programmatic oversight, content updates, and classroom instruction for a federal government organization’s premiere first-line supervisors course. Adjusted the residential format to enable the delivery of the course in several traditional multi-day classroom environments in adherence with continuously evolving pandemic health and safety guidelines.Provided supplemental instructional support for additional leadership courses, including development of instructional content, exercises and learning materials for both traditional in-person and virtual learning offerings attended by officers from across the organization with varying degrees of responsibility for workforce oversight and program management, including financial and human resource authority, and leadership of organizational structures that include first-line supervisors and significant onsite contractor workforces.
