Provide recruiting support for the hospital based service lines of: Hospital Medicine, OB/GYN Hospitalists, Orthopedic Surgery Hospitalists, and General Surgery. Interview and train new Sr. Physician Recruiters as they join Teamhealth Acute Care Services Team. Manage and mentor the Associate Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators. Assist VP Provider Services to develop departmental and recruitment strategies in order to achieve or exceed our annual goalsResponsible for recruiting Physicians & APC's to our Alabama contracts.

Recruited Hospital Medicine Medical Directors, System Medical Directors, Physicians and APC's to join TeamHealth. Successfully recruited Providers to the following states where our contracts were: AL, CA, HI, NC, NH, GA, PA, RI, TN, & WV. Coordinated and participated in the interview process. Initiated and negotiated contracts with the providers. Assist with on-boarding and retaining our Providers. Developed recruiting strategies for each of the contracts I managed. Worked with our legal division and immigration lawyers to process and hire Physicians who required Visa and Permanent Application Sponsorship. Collaborated with various other personnel and divisional/operational leaders within the TeamHealth company. Partner with our Hospital Clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Placed physicians in permanent positions across the United States in the specialties of Hospital Medicine and Radiology. Partnered with hospitals, multi-specialty groups, radiology groups and contract management companies to strategize, recruit and relocate physicians to their communities.

Initially started out in Recruiting in August of 2002. Responsible for managing customer accounts & recruiting Accounting personnel, manufacturing employees, engineers, technicians and other professional/administrative professionals. When promoted to Manager, I provided operational support to the recruiting and administrative staff within our office and to our clients in the Huntsville, AL region.
