*Works with the Project Managers to get the jobs all ready to start.* Process all contracts from clients along with all of the required documents are returned with the executed copies.*Generate all Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Sub-contracts.*Place all orders for job trailers, dumpsters, etc for all job-sites*Make sure we are registered in all cities that the job that we are starting is complete. This includes all permits and fees are paid.*Make all hotel arrangements for Project Managers and Superintendents.*Collect all closeout paperwork from Sub-contractors when the job is completed, then send to the client.*Client reports
