Lisa joined Sodexo in 2010 and was employed as the Operations Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory. She brings to the Sodexo team 25 years of management experience which includes multi-site operational roles (inclusive of national responsibilities) within a range of industries, tailored to onsite service solutions for remote accommodation Villages.This experience, accompanied by the successful completion of a Diploma of Business and severalcertificates in workplace training, team building and job coaching, ensures that the key values andprinciples of leadership are proven to deliver the fundamental objectives while creating a positiveworking culture for all.Lisa was extremely privileged to work alongside a professional team of Managers, Supervisors, Chefs and passionate Team Members, some of them pictured below. Lisa is especially proud of her earlier roles as Project Manager for Dysart Village in the Bowen Basin and the opportunity as Senior Project Manager leading a team of Managers to mobilise Dysart Stayover Village and Moranbah Village, this experience has undoubted suitably prepared for transition to Operations Manager leading facilities across Queensland.

Lisa was employed as a Lifestyle Co-ordinator for Bunning's commencing in 2004, thoroughly immersing herself in the positive workplace culture and customer service excellence oriented organisation. A highlight for Lisa was the public engagement, a genuine care for the people living in the warehouse communities. Lisa was appointed to the role of Operations Manager, enthusiastically embracing and enhancing workplace culture and shoppers experience. Lisa today maintains a large business and friendship based relationships with Bunnings employees across many facilities most notable the fabulous Rocklea, Rothwell and Victoria Point Warehouses.

Lisa enjoyed the vibrant, dynamic retail environment that is Super Cheap Auto. Thriving in a rapid growth period Lisa's career progression evolved from front-line team member to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager to involvement in new Store set ups, to facilitating the Super Cheap Auto Retail Management Academy to Area Manager for Stores across South Brisbane in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Working for Super Cheap Auto saw Lisa living in various locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. Lisa appreciates the business relationships and friendships that were developed and continue today.
