At Jabil, my focus as a Failure Analysis Engineer was on resolving intricate issues in optical, electrical, WiFi, and audio systems for a proprietary prototype build. Our team successfully coordinated this project between our customer [Reality Labs] and the manufacturing and failure analysis teams at Jabil, enhancing device reliability and customer satisfaction. I led communication meetings between the two companies on a daily basis for the final stages of the project which came to a close in May 2024. With a robust background in semiconductor FA from 25 years at TsMC WaferTech, I bring to the table expert problem-solving skills and a proficiency in FIB TEM extraction, defect fault isolation as well as many other complex FA techniques and processes. My approach to technical report communications and data management is rooted in collaborative efforts and detailed organization. I make extra efforts to support both environmental stewardship and community engagement.
