Responsible for the ordering of materials, supplies, and/or equipment, and the follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery. Advises employees as to appropriate choices of standard items to be purchased. Selects vendors and places orders. Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates. Maintains records and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and related matters. Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies.

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments, international and domestic. Responsible for all documents included with shipments, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, harmonized codes for shipment, shippers letter of instruction,bill of ladings and any other documents needed for customs. Responsible for setting up freight and shipments.

Responsible for entire restaurant with 10-15 employees per management shift. Counting cash drawers as well as delivery and servers daily turn in. Handle customer and employee complaints.
