I am currently responsible for assessing on the STLS Level 2 & 3 qualifications.My responsibilities include*Managing my caseload, marking and assessing students work on both qualifications and completing observations within the workplace.* Assessing the students against the standards. I give the students timely feedback with SMART targets included.*Giving one to one support to students to meet their individual needs.*Matrixing and monitoring students progress through portfolio appointments.*Keeping tracking information on students progress*Setting action plans for students who maybe struggling.*Completing paperwork, attending standardisation meetings, registering students, supporting other assessor.*I have been responsible for delivering knowledge in the classroom which involves completing lesson plans, schemes of work, group profiles.*I am a qualified IQA for both qualifications and responsible for quality assuring assessors work. Working with other IQA for standardisation and organising EQA visits.
