With my passion for organization and love of learning I thought becoming a librarian was the career for me. I went to school and got the required education but every position in a library I encountered did not feel right and was not satisfying enough. On a whim I decided to take a class on HTML and website design, and I was hooked on programming. I moved from HTML and CSS to JavaScript, Java and C# and I have enjoyed it all. I realized I have a passion for creating code and seeing it all come together either as a program or a responsive webpage. I am detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about creating software that helps to move people and the world forward. As a web and software development student, due to graduate soon, I am eager to secure challenging roles in software development.My studies have given me a broad proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C# and SQL. Alongside this I have developed the ability to quickly learn new skills and programming languages. As such I am confident that I can make an impact in software developer roles.I am eager to hear about potential career opportunities and would be pleased to chat about job openings in the software world.
