I am a Yale and Stanford educated corporate lawyer with over a decade of deep and sophisticated experience advising clients on both their major transactions and day-to-day operations. I have a passion for being a true partner to businesses and executives—understanding their objectives, thinking systematically through complex projects and issues, and weighing risk, institutional values, and broader goals. I help clients execute on their plans in a smart and sustainable way, and I am nimble and flexible in my counsel. Throughout my career I have been confronted with new issues, new areas of law, and ideas from my clients that had not been road tested. As a result, I am used to being resourceful and encountering the unknown with an open mind and the confidence to work through the issues with the spirit that we will figure it out. In 2021, after working in demanding roles for a decade, I took a break to pursue non-career interests and relocated to my home state, California. Now I’m carefully considering new roles where I can leverage my talents and experiences and am looking forward to new challenges in the next phase of my career.
