Proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment marketplace. Delivering quality professional candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional Organisations, branding initiatives and technology tools in support of the strategic business objectives. Driving compliance in the Talent acquisition process accross all stakeholder groups - hiring managers, recruiters, HR Team, candidates, and the Talent Aquisition Team.

Managing the end to end recruitment process, including assisting in the writing of the job advert, advertising the role on the Internal job site and placing the advert in external journals. Assisting with the shortlisting process, sitting in interviews, sending out contracts of employment, pre employment checks, attending job Fairs. Communication with the recruiting Managers and applicants on a daily basis, producing weekly & monthly figures and attending Divisional meetings.

Managing junior Medical rotas, interview preparation, issuing contracts, pre employment checks, liasing with the deaneries, communication with consultants, Chief executive and Medical Director, arranging interviews, advertisng roles on internal job websites, liasing with agencies.
