Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.

As a Talent Fulfillment Specialist assigned to fill roles aligned to my designated Resource Pools identifying and proposing the right people from the resource pool or from other sources when necessary. Work with the Resource Pool Supply/Demand Practitioners in proactively balancing supply with and demand. Collaborate with the Client Supply/Demand Practitioner to help client teams fill their open requests. The role requires an understanding of career development goals and preferences of people when matching them to roles, while also monitoring availability and productivity. Fill most roles with a minimum of guidance finding innovative solutions to challenging staffing situations.
