My inquisitive nature of science and passion to give back to the environment is what drives me. My desire to learn and accomplish something every day. My focus is on providing a clean, safe water supply for both consumption and the ecosystem. I enjoy contributing to a company that is centered on environmental solutions. If we work smarter and as a team, we can derive good solutions. I believe in approaching projects with logic in mind. I didn’t just focus on environmental studies. My experience is well diversified with knowledge in Hydrology, Chemistry, Calculus, Geology, Carbon Dating, Differential Equations, Diatom Identification, X-Ray Fluorescence and Microscopy.I achieved a Master’s of Science Degree in Geology with a GPA of 3.53. My Bachelor of Science Degree is in Environmental Science with a focus on Hydrology with a GPA of 3.56.My Graduate Teaching Assistant position with the University of Minnesota Duluth provided the opportunity to share my knowledge in Geology, Environmental Science Hydrology. I am Certified in Chemical Safety, Chemical Waste Management, and Introduction to Research Safety from the Department of Health and Safety for Chemical Safety. I hold a Defensive Driving Certificate and have taken a Shrimp Pathology Short Course and Pork Quality Assurance Course. I perform my own original research trials. I designed, executed, ensured proper resources were at hand and performed a cost benefit analysis. I am interested in a career where I will always gain knowledge, continually improve and learn. I participated in the Crow River Monitoring Group in Minnesota whose primary purpose is the conservation of the quality and quantity of water within the Watershed District boundaries.In High School Science a Teacher and Science Fair coach taught people to have fun with science and encouraged me to pursue Environmental Science.
