I have a strong background in operations management, customer relationship management (CRM), and menu development, and I enjoy collaborating with Deliveroo's most important restaurant partners to drive business growth and satisfaction.In my most recent role as a Catering Manager at Deliveroo, I managed one of the most strategic projects at "Deliveroo for Work", supporting the team in nurturing and growing all corporate clients through any means necessary. I assisted Corporate Account Managers and Business Development Managers in promoting our catering services, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring best-in-class service. I also handled inbound customer inquiries, proactively came up with creative solutions to accommodate special requests or large orders, and liaised with our dedicated trolley walker and van fleet to optimize our catering operations. I leveraged my skills in administrative, CRM, and operations management to manage the entire catering business, from restaurant selection and menu creation to logistics.
