I have taken on more work on this product in order to share product knowledge in the team.• Other standalone modules written in older versions of C# when required. • Training junior staff: I have trained a staff member from the customer support team helping them to move into a junior development role.• I have led a team initiative to cross train on the Integra suite of products, to improve collaborative working and minimise the risk of knowledge being retained by only one person to ensure that knowledge is retained across the company.
