The Male Authority Men's Resource Center of SE Michigan is actively involved in engaging men in efforts to prevent violence, domestic violence and intimate partner violence. Our center focuses on preventing violence by joining together in community to create an environment free from violence by engaging men to promote and develop healthy masculinities that involve respect for all, acceptance of differences, pursuit of intimacy and dedication to personal growth.

Create and execute strategies to gain, maintain and grow business for the agency.

Independent Insurance Agent providing supplemental Life & Health Agents by soliciting companies & individuals for insurance. Performed group enrollments, prepared claims & re-enrollments. Cold-Called and marketed to obtain new customers

Managed multidisciplinary team of home care personnel for terminally ill patients. Created a training program to effectively train new staff on common information also on how to sign up new patients without waiting for Admissions. Created an employee feedback tool which was incorporated for use agency wide. Participated in focus group to establish companies revision of Mission, Vision & Value statement for 2000.
