As the Account Clerk at Lotus Laser and Laserite my responsibilities are:- Assisting with the sales ledger function and monitoring client accounts - Raising sales invoices, credit notes and client statements- Allocating payments received to correct client account and preparing daily payment reports- Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email, agreeing on repayment terms with clients when needed- Managing any invoice queries that occur, ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved- Assisting with the month-end process, reconciling ledger and preparing debtor reports
