Oversee operations and marketing of the Richmond region.

Responsibilities include marketing, credentialing, patient relations, bookkeeping, employee and office management, human resources, payroll, billing, workman’s comp cases, insurance filing and follow-up, accounts receivable, collections and scheduling, transitioned to new medical management system and set up all offices in new system. Set up and opened two new offices as well as handle A/R of both offices.

Responsibilities include office management, assessment and referral of new patients, benefit analysis, liaison to outside healthcare agencies, emergency calls and secure hospital beds for city and county crisis teams, compile daily inpatient census for doctors to round and coordinate monthly on-call schedule for doctors and hospitals, in-service planning, development and implementation of community referral network.Maintain liability insurance, DEA licensure, medical and state licensure for multi provider practice. This also includes maintenance of annual insurance re-credentialing for each provider, credentialing of any new providers and maintenance of CME credits for each MD.

Effected governmental policy change in local shelters. Headed committee of first fundraiser where we raised over $22,000.00.
