Responsibilities include: development and implementation of corporate wide documentation compliance and education, denial management program, program development with a focus on programs of excellence, strategic planning, and clinical/billing software management. In addition, I am responsible for the monitoring of industry and reimbursement changes allowing for a proactive approach to education and practice changes as needed. A focus on our partnership with our customers is paramount and the attention to detail and responsiveness affords us opportunities to develop customized clinical programs. Resource development is a key responsibility for both our customer and our therapy staff to promote clinical excellence and financial success. Innovation and strategic vision to promote patient engagement is a critical component of leading our Clinical Services Department. My role expands to the coordination and development of strategic plans across multiple departments to promote a unified message and service delivery model.
