Key accounts manager and client services manager. Fully responsible to manage and protect the relationship between the company and its most important clients. Aim to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted adviser to clients and strengthening their loyalty. Manage all marketing and advertising for the company including radio promotions, web site, social media, direct mail marketing and client events. Track corporate goals and standards for the company. Arrange travel for special events and guest speakers, hosts, and prominent advisors. Responsible for prospective customer events, initial prospecting, and all customer retention. • Corporate event management – Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Grand National Steeplechase – Horseshoe sponsor – coordinated all aspects of event for top clients to attend fund raiser in conjunction with CFF staff.• Client event management – plan, coordinate and manage multiple client events annually at venues like Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Meyerhoff symphony hall, ‘lunch and learn’ forums at local area universities, hotels, restaurants.
