A little about me. I moved to Urbandale in 2005. With over 13 years of experience working on all sides of the transaction: as a lender, realtor, and for an attorney's office closing the loans. I am Master Certified Negotiation Expert, MCNE, and will use that designation to your advantage whether buying or selling your home. Less than 1% of Realtors nationwide have a MCNE designation.
