I am the Chief Operating Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi as well as Leo Burnett in Germany with the goal to enhance our employee experience. On top I am part of the Country Leadership Team of the Publicis Groupe in Germany and the mental health ambassador for the DACH region. Before Publicis I spend 12 years in the consulting business and am a proud Deloitte alumni. I started as an expert for change management and communication. During numerous projects I gained a keen sense on how design and marketing products enhance the project experience and how they contribute to the overall project success. In 2020 I took over the leadership role for the Brand Development & Communication team of Deloitte Digital where we developed holistic brand and narrative experiences, ensured a smooth production process, and always kept the balance between trendy design elements and the client ‘s corporate identity. 2019 I founded the IVY Female Collective with the vision to connect remarkable women to jointly create something bigger and celebrate, promote, and push our personal and professional growth. We support and take responsibility, appreciating all women with the same ethics.
