I am most proud of my work on redesign and transformational change management in our nutrition program, to improve food quality and access while reducing costs, and in our afterschool programs, where I redesigned compliance infrastructure and rebuilt community to grow our state funding by 70% to $1.7MM. I also managed KIPP Bay Area's enrollment and admissions platform on Schoolmint, lead state attendance reporting for Principal Apportionment funding, and coached 5 school-based Operations Leaders on their professional developmentI was also an active member of KIPP's Equity Council, co-led KIPP Asian American & Pacific Islanders affinity group (KAAPI), and served on the Compensation Task Force.

At the world's leading pricing and monetization strategy firm, my teams and I created pricing and marketing solutions for tech and retail clients ranging from $10MM to $350MM.In our org, I was known for my expertise in market research--leading design, research, programming, and administration for 10 voice-of-customer studies of up to 100k users through expert interviews, focus groups, and quantitative surveys featuring conjoint analysis.My favorite part of this work was combining transaction and usage data analysis, market research, and market simulation modeling to discover what users truly valued about their products and services--and how their answers changed when you asked them to make a trade-off.

This experience solidified my passion for educational equity and taught me how much I enjoyed creating impact on the non-instructional side of a direct-service organization.With my co-Site Director, I led daily operations for our program at Frederick Douglass Academy, providing SAT prep and college admissions coaching to 85 low-income high school students.To accommodate increased demand for the program (42% over-enrollment) while facing budget cuts, I implemented more efficient practices to recruit high-quality volunteer teachers and to organize our annual college visit so that we successfully stayed under budget.In 8 weeks, we served more students than ever, and they achieved an average SAT score increase of 109 points.
