Partner with industry academics and practitioners globally to deliver a world class curriculum for the CFA Institute (CFA, CIPM, Investment Foundations programs). Conduct practice analysis to ensure relevance and best practice, content roadmap, planning, and development, author recruitment and management, and candidate learning enhancement.

Strategic account ownership of global Vanguard relationship. Partner with Vanguard's internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, PR) globally to:- transition $170 b in Vanguard assets to FTSE indices,- grow Vanguard's FTSE Russell based AUM, - deliver new product / revenue opportunities to FTSE Russell, and - deepen cross engagement.

Develop investment content and messaging for iShares Social Media team.

Manage iShares Sales Strategy team (7 individuals). This team is responsible for the creation and delivery of iShares messaging, education and strategic content in support of financial advisors.

Manage US based, international iShares Funds product set. Funds managed for product integrity, tax efficiency, tracking performance, and 40 Act compliance. Represent the product set externally (iShares board, institutional and retail clients, Roadshows, media etc.), support new product development and launches, and manage a team of portfolio managers and index research analysts.

Manage World Equity Benchmark Shares (WEBS) iShares Funds for investment performance, tax efficiency and 40 Act compliance. Research and support for iShares new product development, ongoing product maintenance, and meeting client needs.

Manage institutional portfolios tracking international equity benchmarks, within performance guidelines, to successfully achieve stated investment objectives.
