HR generalist, be responsible for all of the HR affairs of Deloitte Suzhou office.- Developing and maintaining partnerships with the functional/service line leaders.- Supporting the account to set up and maintain the effective internal communication;- Lead team to provide professional HR service for client- Be responsible for campus recruitment, work with function leader to make recruitment planning, design and execute campus activities and enhance employer branding.- Be responsible for experience hire needs. To develop local recruitment sourcing channel.- To carry forward performance management according to national guideline- Handling the global and national secondment, internal transfer in order to meet the business and talent development needs- Organizing and monitoring the onboard/ exit procedures and taking the follow-up actions, such as orientation, probation evaluation, exit interviews, turnover analysis etc.- Reviewing and monitoring Fesco's service quality- Organizing and designing firm-wide employee activities- Developing and maintaining good relationship with local government, well know the market intelligence
