Current1. Compose and proofread letters, legal documents and emails with accuracy 2. Manage attorney's calendar and schedule; prioritizing and coordinating court hearings and meetings.3. Coordinate and schedule multiple personal, assuring all necessary materials are prepared in the proper format 4. Create and maintain client files, with strict confidentiality, in both the paper and electronic format 5. Process monthly client invoices, logging in attorney hours and accounts receivable6. Serve as the first point of contact for an average of 25 incoming phone calls per day; addressing inquiries, resolving concerns or transferring the call to the correct personnel 7. Ensure the day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized and efficient environment which includes opening and distributing mail, greeting clients, ordering office supplies and meeting with venders
