Lisa has over 20 years experience teaching and counselling in community settings. She has over 12 years of clinical expertise treating a variety of mental health concerns, addictions, trauma, and weight management and body issues. In addition to talk therapy, she uses therapies that go beyond the 5% of our decision making that is our conscious mind to support you to repattern your subconscious for lasting wellbeing. Some of the the therapies that Lisa may use, depending on your challenges and preferences, are Mindfulness and Meditation, IFS Inspired, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic (body based) therapies.Lisa is passionate about creating awareness, transformation, and lasting wellness in her own life and the lives of her clients.
