• Challenge credit institutions on information provided on errors to ensure compliance with the CPC and appropriate customer redress is adhered to.
• Responsible for querying anomalies in reported errors’ processes, procedures, controls, redress, etc.
• Assist the supervisory team in line with ongoing issues across the sector.
• Arrange meetings between external stakeholders and internal supervisory teams and coordinate minutes accordingly.

• Main point of contact for the Irish Mortgage Holders Organisation (IMHO), liaising with them daily to enable implementation of advanced forbearance solutions for customers in financial difficulty.
• Credit assessment of both PDH & BTL mortgages, including mortgages in legal, with a view to implement an advanced forbearance solution, whilst maximising revenue for the bank and working within regulatory requirements.
• Collate and deliver daily MI reports to Senior Management on relevant statistics.
