Following restructure and alignment to DDAT roles I lead the Digital Portfolio Pipeline Service Team, managing the Digital Function Portfolio across Defence including Portfolio Strategy, prioritisation and dependencies. Demand management and formal change and implementation of a federated assurance model across Defence.

Defence Digital Transformation Programme Office lead supporting the Transformation of the Digital Function across Defence.

Responsible for developing and managing a sustainable and adaptable flow of Information Professionals (Information Technology (IT), Information Assurance (IA) and Knowledge and Information Management (KIM)), and Digital & Technology Fast Streamers (DaTers) across Defence through a number of talent pipelines and interventions. Responsibilities included:- Development & Delivery of the MOD Information Graduate Scheme- Management & Delivery of annual intake of MOD Information Apprentices, continuously improving scheme and aligning with Apprenticeship Levy introduction - Management & Delivery of Civil Service Faststream Digital and Technology Scheme Graduates- Management & Delivery of Civil Service Fast-Track Cyber Apprentices- Cross Government GDS Talent Steering Group member and contributor- Development of CYBERFIRST Defence collaboration- DDAT Pay & Reward - An option for enhanced pay for scarce specialist skills- Strategic Workforce Planning for the Information profession across Defence.- School, College & University Outreach programme-
