Lead finance/accounting teams including A/R, A/P, credit and collections, pricing, manufacturing cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting. Oversight of purchasing team. Lead weekly forecasting process and annual operating plan in conjunction with sales and operations. Provide analysis and recommendation on improving division performance. Prepare monthly financial reports and MD&A for report out to CEO and CFO.

Oversight of internal and external reporting, including preparation and coordination of annual financial statements, quarterly bank reporting and compliance certs, and quarterly board of directors meeting deck. Responsible for preparation and coordination of the audit committee meetings as well as participated in meetings. Managed all tax communications and coordination of filings with tax consultants. Acted as consultant to CFO and division controllers on new accounting guidance and proper application of GAAP.
