Serves as the main point of contact and provides a high-level of administrative support to the Associate Dean for Operations. Identifies projects goals and objectives to assist with creating a project plan by outlining tasks, timelines and resources required to complete a project. Communicates with the project team and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track. Collects and analyzes feedback from participants for continuous quality improvement. Utilizes SIMS to view and print building floor plans as needed for space planning. Maintains calendars and provides administrative support for the Associate Dean, Director of Facilities and Capital Planning, Director of Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory, Director of Safety, Director of Ag Operations, and the Director of Information Services for CFAES. Schedules meetings, workshops, retreats, and last-minute team huddles as needed to accommodate a variety of busy schedules. Effectively manage relationships for a wide variety of clients and stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality. Provides support to the human resources team by screening candidates, setting up interviews and participating on interview panels for a variety of positions within our college. Coordinates complex calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting logistics and planning. Drafts correspondence, presentations, and prepares briefings and other related documents on behalf of the Associate Dean for Operations. Serves as primary liaison and provides support for college initiatives such as the facility master plan and strategic planning. Acts as a liaison to Central University units, including Planning, Architecture, and Real Estate (PARE). Demonstrates sensitivity and empathy when addressing concerns or issues related to DEI.
