I am a proactive IT professional with a proven track record of making change happen on complex projects and programmes. I have helped to drive the delivery of identified business benefits within Transformation and IT functions at the Family Building Society. Due to my good planning and organisation skills, I am able to quickly establish clarity on the key issues and priorities, set the necessary governance and prepare realistic plans to move forward. Previous assignments include working on; new business launches, due diligence and business integration of new outsourced systems, business transformations, large scale IT implementations, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.I have strong communication skills to enable effective communication throughout all levels of Family Building Society from senior stakeholder engagement to staff communications and team management / motivation. I have enjoyed working on large scale projects and undertaking the "hard work" to get these completed and helping to make the correct tough decisions. Through my 15 years working in the Systems Development team I have gained excellent experience in “business as usual” and I am able to appreciate the impact of change and how to integrate this to best ensure smooth ongoing business operations.
