With over 20 years of experience in the soft commodity sector, I am UK sales representative at Terra Nova Trading Inc., a leading global supplier of nuts and dried fruits. I have successfully opened up origin markets in cocoa, cashew, almonds, peanuts, and raisins, and built systems and procedures to ensure quality compliance for both retail and commodity trade.I am also passionate about the publishing and literature industry. I completed an MA in Publishing at UCL, where I graduated with Distinction. I have gained skills in paid social media advertising, Twitter analytics, and content creation, and I have applied them to manage the Twitter account of Shelf_Healing, a UCL project that promotes bibliotherapy. I am a life-long learner who enjoys exploring new challenges and opportunities in both the food and the book world.
