• Sorting mail between different facilities and hospitals• Batching and creating batch headers for receivables• Depositing insurance and patient payments to US Bank via Single Point• Keying information into PCAS and Indexing batches• Helping out in other areas of the department as needed

•Assist team to ensure deadlines are met•Record daily numbers for end of month•Perform end of month billing•Research and resolve customer inquiries•Sort mail, open, copy, make deposit slips and proof checks for clients•Detail key entry of invoices •Calling, faxing or transmitting information to clients•Meter and mail deposit and check copies to clients using a postage machine
