I enthusiastically joined Positive Intelligence as a full-time employee in Spring 2022 as the Head of Positive Intelligence's Communities of Practice. This opportunity allows me to combine many of my passions and skills -- PQ coaching, community-building, and deep personal transformation held in community gatherings. My work at Positive Intelligence also allows me to continue my private coaching practice.I am a trailblazing member of the pilot group invited to test the Positive Intelligence certification program in the fall of 2020. I now holds certificate #7 as a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC). I was among the very first coaches who launched PQ group coaching programs, experimenting and adapting my programs to my clients’ needs.I am a personal leadership and mindset mastery coach committed to serving women leaders, healers and change-makers who are ready to show up as feminine leaders of their lives. An alchemist at heart, I'm passionate about supporting my clients in creating impactful outcomes using my powerful experience with brain retraining tools, creativity and outside-the-box thinking. I also deeply believe in the power of creating intimate community through small group coaching to evoke profound and lasting transformation for my clients.I launched my journey on the brain retraining path when I utilized a powerful program for chronic illness sufferers to heal my young son from a debilitating illness. Prior to my son’s illness, I worked for the federal government for 18 years coordinating and developing community-based marine policy and ocean protection programs to reduce environmental impacts from human use.Prior to joining Positive Intelligence as a full-time team member, I was, and still am, an active contributor to the Positive Intelligence organization and community:* Served as the Chair of PQ for Youth, a Positive Intelligence Community of Practice dedicated to bringing mental fitness to youth and young adults; * Co-presented a Positive Intelligence session with Shirzad Chamine and a panel of colleagues on the the intersection of PQ & Trauma;* Partnered with Positive Intelligence Head of Coaching, Bill Carmody, on several business development sessions with topics on creating irresistible group coaching offers and establishing partnerships and collaborations with therapists in an effort to best serve and support clients. In addition to my PQ Coach Certification, I am also a Certified Professional Coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Head Of Communities Of Practice | Coach LeaderPositive Intelligence Apr 2022 - PresentAs Manager of Positive Intelligence's Communities of Practice, I am charged with taking a pilot program to full implementation in support of the thousands of coaches joining the PQ Coach Program. Building community is one of my greatest passions, and I am honored to support and lead our volunteer PQ Coach leaders in creating a vibrant communities making big impact by providing mental fitness world-wide.Positive Intelligence exists to enable every human to build mental fitness so that they can fulfill their true potential for happiness and contribution. This is too big a job for one team or even one company. To scale mental fitness globally, Positive Intelligence has enlisted the help of our coaches. Our Communities of Practice play a critical role in supporting the delivery of mental fitness to the people who need it most.Communities of Practice are groups of people informally bound together by shared expertise and passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly. A Community of Practice is not simply a community of interest. Members of a Community of Practice are practitioners. They develop a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools, ways of addressing recurring problems—in short a shared practice. Inevitably, however, people in Communities of Practice share their experiences and knowledge in free-flowing, creative ways that foster new approaches to problems. Our PQ-supported Communities of Practice are led by a deeply dedicated and committed volunteer team of PQ Certified Coaches. -
