About Lisa De Verdier
In 2007 I started my own company, to be able to work with the areas that really motivate me. I am very interested in change management, and I strongly believe that involvement is the key to successful change journeys. I have a lot of experience of leading continuous improvement implementations in the public sector, e.g. at Kronofogden (2300 employees).To complement my analytical skills (as en engineer), I have chosen to study psychology. Learning more about how the brain works has been a revelation to me - both personally and professionally. By combining a Lean-inspired toolbox with state-of-the-art neuroscience, I have become even more capable of providing relevant and hands-on support in complex change processes.
