My name is Lisa de Vos. In 2019 I received my Master’s degree Nutrition & Health at Wageningen University. I graduated in the specialisation “Nutritional Physiology & Health Status”. Additionally I completed all mandatory courses of the specialisation "Molecular Nutrition & Toxicology", to get more insight in the molecular mechanisms within the field of nutrition and health. Therefore, I have knowledge, at both the individual level as well as the cellular level, of:- (sports) physiology- Pathology of different diseases (obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, allergies and intolerances, chronic bowel disorders, etc.)- Immunology- Pharmacologyand the role of nutrition within all topics above.Additionally, I have knowledge from the law and regulations within the field of food packaging. Finally, I have performed a lot of laboratory work during my study, so I have experience with different laboratory techniques, like ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, (q)PCR and protein, carbohydrate and fat determinations.Other skills that I am good at are organising, planning and writing. Other people describe me as a real go-getter, as a person with a lot of empathy, an open communication and as someone who has a positive attitude in life.During both my MSc thesis and my internship at the Olympic Training Center Papendal I have been working with data. I enjoyed working with data, so after my graduation I learned to use SQL and Power BI. Since June 2021 I am working as a data-analyst at BFG Warehousing.
