This scope concerns two teams of engineers, and both Web and App solutions. On top of being responsible for CRO and CES across the entire customer journey, I'm responsible for improving the accuracy and dependability of our usage/cost insights. Doing this in a data-driven manner increases retention, and thereby speeds up the energy transition.

As Product Owner Growth, I'm responsible for all the technical solutions that support and accelerate the growth of our customer base. This means that I collaborate within a diverse and complex stakeholder field, ranging from Compliance to Sales/Marketing. Optimizing the Customer Experience at key-points within their journey is my expertise, where I consistently balance simplicity (CES), conversion (CRO), and brand-identity.

Enactus is an international non-profit organization that brings together student, academic and business leaders who are committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need.As part of the board of Enactus Utrecht, I was responsible for the finances of theorganization of more than 70 students and 7 social enterprises. We obtained a yearly revenue of more than 21.000 euros, which resulted in us winning the National Competition. This gave us the opportunity to represent the Netherlands at the World Cup in Toronto, Canada.
