I use my phone etiquette, customer-focused service, and patient care skills to deliver exceptional service and support to the callers, and collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective outcomes.I have a variety of experience across education, hospitality, and healthcare, which demonstrates my dedication, compassion, and hard work. I have a PGCE from Anglia Ruskin University and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from University of Lincoln, which reflects my interest and knowledge in different fields. I have also worked as a Supply Teacher and a Business Owner, providing short notice classroom cover and safe and supportive parent and baby groups.
