Ensuring regulatory compliance for Joint Commission, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Department of Human Services were consistently meet, which led to zero deficiencies in Joint Commission Survey. Provided structure, realignment and implemented strategies, which propelled the surgical volume increase by 17%. Implemented strategies to exceed National Benchmarks and employee satisfaction.
