Lisa is a Pilates Instructor at Fluidform, a leading boutique studio in Sydney, where she started in November 2023. She completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction from Pilates International Training Centre, a highly regarded provider in Australia.Before this role, Lisa worked as a health club manager at Bluefit for a year and a half. There, she developed strong skills in leadership, communication, strategic planning, and team management, along with problem-solving and conflict resolution.With a background in performing arts, Lisa graduated from ED5 International with an Advanced Diploma in 2017 and participated in The Dream Dance Company's "Show Business" program in 2019, honing her performance and business skills under the guidance of renowned choreographer Marko Panzic.Lisa blends her Pilates, dance, and fitness expertise to offer tailored sessions that help clients achieve their goals. She believes that Pilates is a powerful tool to enhance physical and mental well-being and enjoys sharing her love and enthusiasm for the practice with others. She is dedicated to enhancing her skills and is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction to further her education and career in Pilates, physiology, and human anatomy.
