I’ve had extensive experience managing programmes and portfolios of diverse, impactful projects that move ideas from innovation to implementation across the health and care sector, with the sole aim of making a positive difference for our communities.Growing up, I was on the receiving end of healthcare, so I’ve always leaned towards the field and wanted to make a difference (but not be a clinician!). With a science degree, public health training, and experience in pharmaceutical comms, being part of the Health Innovation Network has always been a good fit. It’s no secret that the NHS is facing challenging times, and it is now more important than ever to test and implement innovative practices that address specific local needs and challenges, and that’s where this work comes in. I collaborate with multiple stakeholders across multiple organisations and teams to deliver against local and national priorities, often in uncertain environments. I am detail-oriented while being adaptable with an agile approach to delivering results that serve our population.
