Lisa is a theatre maker, actor and storyteller with a passion for enabling people to explore the world around them in engaging, accessible & meaningful ways. As Artistic Director of Fettle & Fable, Lisa draws upon a rich mix of storytelling tools and techniques, including acting, puppetry and the historical interpretation of characters, situations, museum artefacts and buildings to create memorable, enjoyable and rewarding experiences."As a performer and living history interpreter my aim is to enable everyone to explore places, people and history by delivering the content in a fun and enjoyable way that is, at the same time, accessible and meaningful.I love to work individually and as part of diverse learning teams in museums, galleries, heritage sites, education settings and beyond, including collaboration with marketing teams and as part of outreach programmes in schools and with community groups.I work in line with national curriculum requirements across all key stages including early years, as well as with visitors, families and community groups to deliver an engaging, immersive and participative learning experience."
