I have been a Program Manager for seven years for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Prior to that I was supervisor for five years and previous to that, a caseworker for 14 years. Things that I do now:I help to creat policies and procedures. I help interpret those policies and the Law regarding Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act. I help staff problem solve.I help resolve conflict between my staff and child care programs they monitor. I participate in community engagement activities. These are a few of the major roles and responsibilities I have. There are many other things that I do on a day to day basis.
