My current activities:- EmPower Massachusetts. A program for developing and implementing innovative program models or projects specifically for increasing access to the benefits of clean energy in previously underserved populations in MA. We're thriving going into our third year with over 80 Grantees and giving out over $8 million in funding to date. Coordination of the Solarize Mass, Solarize Mass Plus and HeatSmart Mass Programs. All three programs are community-based education, outreach, and group purchasing campaigns to leverage community group buying power to decrease clean technology costs and drive installations in each community. Involves request for proposal drafting and release, contract management, marketing & social media, community engagement & training, and public speaking.I am also currently working on developing a new initiative focused on increasing access to the benefits of clean energy/meaningfully reducing energy burden to previously underserved and vulnerable populations. The program will offer stakeholder workshops and two stages of grants; an early stage innovation and capacity building grant to explore ideas, and a later stage grant to implement ideas. More details to come as the program reaches its final design stage!More broadly at the organization, I am currently serving on one of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) teams that is working on the development of our organizational Environmental Justice strategy and our strategies for improving DEI in our public facing programming.

An active new member of a growing Power Wellness program at the Ray and Joan Kroc Center in Dorchester, MA. As a Fitness Specialist I conduct personal training sessions, orientations, and provide assessments to new members especially those new to exercise.
